品牌的起源要從多年前說起....
2016年為兩個念幼稚園的女兒們，以摺紙的技法做了龜殼造型的萬聖節服裝，節日當天兩姊妹在學校引起不小的騷動，大家對於平面的紙張居然可以在折疊後變得如此立體有層次而感到驚艷不已，當時我們心裡便萌生了想用摺紙的原理製作皮件的想法。
經過數年嘗試了無數的工法、材料整合方式，加上皮件製作的技法逐漸趨於成熟，終於催生出獨特的『複合壓摺』設計，可以讓單一的平面皮料變化成各種不同的幾何量體，每個立體稜角與幾何邊緣，唯美地刻劃出光影之間的界線，終於實現了七年前心裡頭想要的作品。
「稜光」是屬於我們獨特的美學基因，在光影變化之間創造各種兼具雋永美感與美好體驗的作品，這個名字也呼應了 AURA 的靈光之意，因為我們相信美好的人事物都會煥發出一種獨特的光采。
Our journey begins long time ago...
We made 2 origami turtle shells as our daughters’ Halloween costumes in 2016. People were amazed by how a flat piece of paper could turned into three-dimensional and beautiful objects. We began to wonder is it possible to adopt origami techniques for leather goods as well?
After years of trials & errors, we successfully created our own techniques which can turn flat piece of leather into various geometrical & functional objects. That pure and unique silhouette in out mind is finally made possible after 7 long years.
We fuse this unique aesthetic into our products, and keep exploring meaningful designs for better experiences. That design approach radiates with an unique aura through our works, as we believe that beautiful things & people are always glowing with their own splendid spectrums.
